Payment & Booking Confirmation

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is required two weeks prior to stay.

The balance will be automatically deducted 4 weeks prior to the booking date on the same credit card that is provided for the Deposit. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds for this transaction to take place. If you wish to provide a different credit card for the balance of payment please provide those details at time of booking. If booking is within 4 weeks of Arrival full Payment is required at time of booking. We accept Visa or master card only-(name, card type, number and expiry date) We do not accept Amex, American Express or Diners Club.

Cancellations received more than two weeks before check in will incur a 50% loss of tariff. Cancellations received within 2 weeks will incur 100% loss of tariff.

Conditions of rental

Number of persons staying at the house should not exceed the persons stated in the booking details or extra charges will apply.

Vista House is for holiday use only and no functions are permitted.

No pets allowed in accordance with health regulations.

Vista House provides quality white linen & bath towels.

Breakages/Damages

Credit card details are held for security purposes. We expect the house is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card if necessary, however it is not our intention to charge for accidental broken glass or plates for example.

Charges will be made if the house is left in an unreasonable condition eg:

• Dirty dishes not rinsed and stacked in the dishwasher.
• Rubbish not removed from the House and disposed of in the outside bins.
• Soiled or Stained Bed covers rugs upholstery etc.
• Lost or damaged remote controls.
• Misplaced keys.

Any breakages or damage to the house or its fittings or facility will be charged to the guest at replacement and/or repair cost plus 10%.

Liabilities

No responsibility is taken for personal items left on premises during or after departure. Vista House does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss and additional expenses caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for errors, omissions, default or negligence represented on our website. Rates are subject to change with notice except for confirmed bookings.
