Many of the vineyards offer live music over the Summer and Rochford has an established reputation for attracting big names to the Valley.

Rochford Vineyard Concerts
Rochfords Wines is 20 minutes from Lyrebird Cottages and the venue for a series of concerts by well known Australian and international acts. Concerts include, A Day On The Green, Wine Quest Jazz Festivals and Yarra Valley Grape Grazing as well as a series of smaller concerts in the restaurant.
Jazz in the Valley
Jazz is a feature of summer in the valley with several vineyards offering free jazz among the vines. Enjoy the outdoor vineyard settings, Yarra Valley wine, food and good music.
Seville Hill and Vines Restaurant at Helen's Hill have a series of summer events to enjoy.
The Melba Festival
Each year in March the valley celebrates the memory of Dame Nellie Melba with a series of classical concerts and recitals in vineyards around the valley.
Grape Grazing Festival
A festival of wine, food and music held in vineyards throughout the valley in February.
Shedfest
Held on the second week in October, the festival is hosted by vineyards on the Warburton Highway. A chance to discover some of the smaller wineries, meet the owners and explore the eastern side of the Yarra Valley
Scenic Drives
Healesville – Marysville
The road over the Black Spur is one of the most beautiful in Victoria winding its way over the Great Dividing Range through a forest of mountain ash.
Panton's Gap – Mt.Donna Buang – Warburton
Take the quiet ridge road through the National Park to Donna Buang and soak up the sounds and smells of the forest. Drop down into Warburton for a coffee and stroll along the river and return along the Don Valley.
Old Healesville Rd - Yarra Glen
Take the Healesville to Yarra Glen Road and turn right just past Mount Rael to discover the rolling hills of Long Gully. There are several cellar doors along the road, sweeping valley views and open pasture. Turn left at the Melba Highway into Yarra Glen and discover the antique shops and cafes.
Healesville - Gruyere - Coldstream
Turn off the Maroondah Highway down Maddens Lane to discover a cluster of wineries set off the highway. Continue on Medhurst Road past peach and apple orchards with farm gate sales in season and rejoin the Maroondah Highway at the Coldstream Brewery. Why not stop in and try their boutique ales?
Marysville - Warburton via Woods Point Road
From Marysville take the Woods Point Road and stop at the Cumberland Scenic Reserve to see some giant Mountain Ash . Drop down into Warburton and learn about the history of the gold rush and timber industry at the local information centre.
